This removes three warnings in the integration tests:
Warning: '-viz' is deprecated, it will be removed soon. See usage.
Warning: '-tree' is deprecated, it will be removed soon. See usage.
Warning: '-cidfile' is deprecated, it will be removed soon. See usage.
