Sebastiaan van Stijn 73614850c7 Don't build Darwin 32-bit binaries
The last 32-bit OS X computers were built in 2006,
so we probably don't need these anymore.

Build tools

hack/make.sh is the primary build tool for docker. It is used for compiling the official binary, running the test suite, and pushing releases.
