This change adds daemon's system time as RFC3339Nano to the `/info` endpoint and shows in a more readable format (UnixDate) in `docker -D info` output. I will be using this to fix the clock skew between the remote test host and the CI machines running `docker events`-related tests as they're using `--since` and `--until` and the timestamps are not matching when daemon is not on the same machine. This directory holds the authoritative specifications of APIs defined and implemented by Docker. Currently this includes:
- The remote API by which a docker node can be queried over HTTP
- The registry API by which a docker node can download and upload images for storage and sharing
- The index search API by which a docker node can search the public index for images to download
- The docker.io OAuth and accounts API which 3rd party services can use to access account information
