Weirdly, doing -a and then +a works for me? Is that wrong?

I tested this and it worked with the Gitea configuration. I'm not gonna do all the apps because $too_lazy but I guess we can just do them as we go along and need to change things. I think this goes a long way to making the env files less verbose. That's great 🚀

The build will keep failing until we update the app repo which is pulled in for testing and change the .envrc to .env.
