I'm missing an easy way to test a backup. My idea is to implement abra app backup test.

This command will clone the app's config and deploy it with prefix BT_ (or something) on the same server. An option could be to specify another server or to specify the app name/domain.. The command will then automatically load the last backup. An option could be to specify a snapshot id.

Afterwards one can check if the backup got restored in a working state.

When done testing the user shall do abra app undeploy and abra app remove for the backup test app. Not sure if it is necessary to have a dedicated abra app test undeploy or something.
