Rename --net to --network
Add a `--network` flag which replaces `--net` without deprecating it yet. The `--net` flag remains hidden and supported. Add a `--network-alias` flag which replaces `--net-alias` without deprecating it yet. The `--net-alias` flag remains hidden and supported.
