Sebastiaan van Stijn f4a433f841 cli/command/container: fully deprecate --kernel-memory options 
The `--kernel-memory` flag was still included to allow it to be used with
old API versions, but it's no longer supported by the kernel, and no longer
handled by OCI runtimes, so deprecating the flags.

With this patch, a deprecation warning is now produced when trying to use
the option;

    docker run --kernel-memory 123b busybox
    Flag --kernel-memory has been deprecated, this option is deprecated in the kernel and no longer supported

    docker container create --kernel-memory 123b busybox
    Flag --kernel-memory has been deprecated, and no longer supported by the kernel

Note that cobra does not _fail_ the command when using deprecated options;
we could make this a hard failure instead, but may not be worth the effort.

Sebastiaan van Stijn ffe0354c2c cli/command/system: remove BridgeNfIptables, BridgeNfIp6tables in tests 
This is a follow-up to 55e404e7a8, which
removed some warnings related to these fields.

These fields in the /info response were used to warn users if netfiltering
was not enabled on the host when the daemon started.  Starting with
[moby@db25b0d], detecting whether netfiltering  is enabled now
[happens when needed][1], making the state that's detected at startup
irrelevant.

These fields will therefore be deprecated in future, but we can start
removing their use in tests.

Brian Goff 4ce521c503 info: print errors to stderr 
Errors always need to go to stderr.
This also fixes a test in moby/moby's integration-cli which is checking
to see if errors connecting to the daemon are output on stderr.

Ian Campbell 1c576e9043 Integrate CLI plugins into docker info 
Fairly straight forward. It became necessary to wrap `Plugin.Err` with a type
which implements `encoding.MarshalText` in order to have that field rendered
properly in the `docker info -f '{{json}}'` output.

Since I changed the type somewhat I also added a unit test for `formatInfo`.
