Alexander Morozov 1884ef3b9b Use suite for integration-cli 
It prints test name and duration for each test.
Also performs deleteAllContainers after each test.

Brian Goff 40a61d0eec Make .dockercfg with json.MarshallIndent 
Fixes #10129
Makes the .dockercfg more human parsable.

Also cleaned up the (technically) racey login test.
