Andrew France 5f0247a4bd Fix "Error while reading file" Fish completion

An unbalanced single quote caused Fish to fail to load the completion file with `source: Error while reading file “/etc/fish/completions/docker.fish”`.

The `contrib` directory contains scripts, images, and other helpful things
which are not part of the core docker distribution. Please note that they
could be out of date, since they do not receive the same attention as the
rest of the repository.
