Alessandro Boch 1a76374f64 getAllNetworks unnecessary walks all the networks 
- libnetwork controller Networks() already returns
  a copy list. Also Networks() correctly skips any
  network which ahs already been marked for deletion
  while getNetworks implementation bypass this.
