David Calavera da94425c54 Remove api client lib dependency on tlsconfig and sockets packages. 
- Let consumers to configure the http transport initially and apply or
  defaults on top.
- Add function to initialize a new client based on environment
  variables, useful for integrators.

This directory contains code pertaining to the Docker API:

  • Used by the docker client when communicating with the docker daemon

  • Used by third party tools wishing to interface with the docker daemon
