Replace our current deploy logic with https://github.com/issuu/sure-deploy#converge and also run https://github.com/issuu/sure-deploy#verify afterwards.

Tried sure-deploy, got confused, couldn't find examples in the wild, used docker-stack-wait-deploy instead, working OK: https://drone.autonomic.zone/compose-stacks/selfoss/2/1/2
