What a member runs into

The shared confirm dialog labels its way out "Cancel" on every action. When the action itself starts with "Cancel", the dialog shows two buttons that both say cancel: "Cancel plan" beside "Cancel", and "Cancel verification" beside "Cancel". A member who wants to back out has to work out which "Cancel" undoes nothing, and a wrong guess ends their plan or their domain claim.

The way out is fixed in the dialog's declaration: WayOut: forms.DismissModal("Cancel") in internal/server/shell_forms.go. static/confirm-action-modal.js takes the commit's label from the trigger (data-action-confirm-label) but has no attribute for the way out.
Triggers whose commit starts with "Cancel": member_plans.html (the free rung's move and the current plan's "Cancel plan") and member_domains_claim.html ("Cancel verification").

A trigger can name the dialog's way out the way it names the commit, and no confirm dialog shows two buttons that both read as cancelling. On the member surface the way out states what is kept, as the plan-move preview's "Keep current plan" already does.
