What it says

It takes a contact-us posture on purpose: no published terms, no price list, nothing for a competitor to anchor against.

What it should say, or what is missing

The cost of that posture is that no agreement exists to send when someone does make contact. Drafting terms before a counterparty exists guesses what a buyer wants and then locks the guess in, so this waits for the first approach and is written once, as a template meant to be reused, with counsel. The questions to put to them: how to word the grant that releases a licensee from the copyleft terms; whether that grant is perpetual or a subscription; the scope of indemnity and warranty; and whether it is worded so that a party using the software without meeting the copyleft terms owes the commercial fee, which is the damages theory Artifex v. Hancom rests on.
