No operator page shows a subscription's scheduled change, so a deferred cancellation reads as renewing #176

What a subscription does at the end of its period is recorded in core.subscription_scheduled_changes: a cancellation, a downgrade, or a cancellation deferred to the end of a committed term. A period-end cancellation is also mirrored from Stripe in cancel_at_period_end. The Products page reads both. The operator pages read only the flag, so the organization card (summarizeSubscriptions, internal/server/operator_enrollment.go) says "renews {date}" for a deferred cancellation and for a scheduled downgrade.

Done when: one read answers "renews, ends on a date, or moves to a tier on a date", both surfaces use it, the billing model page says which record wins when they disagree, and a test drives a deferred cancellation and a scheduled downgrade through both.
