The question

Pool, provision, grant and tier all appear on the organization page, and each carries a precise meaning that is not guessable from the word. A help icon beside each one carries a sentence today. Whether the console should hold a glossary at all, or whether the words on these surfaces should be replaced by ones that need no gloss, has not been decided.

What depends on the answer

Whether the console gains a documentation surface of its own, and what happens to the help icons, since a page that needs a glossary to be read is usually a page using the wrong words.

Options known so far

Rename in the interface: keep the precise words in the model and the code, and use plain ones on the page, the way the domains area is already being asked to.
A glossary page linked from the surfaces that use the words, with the icons removed.
Keep one sentence per word where it appears, and accept the icons as the answer.

Decided when

The vocabulary rules say which words reach a reader and whether any of them is explained on the page, and the organization page carries whatever that decides rather than an icon per noun.
