The repository has no code of conduct. LICENSE, CONTRIBUTING.md, SECURITY.md, CLA.md and NOTICE are present, and the standard open-source hygiene files are part of what the Public launch milestone asks for.

A code of conduct states how people are expected to behave in issues, reviews and the forum, what happens when someone does not, and how and to whom a breach is reported. CONTRIBUTING.md and the README link to it. Which text to adopt and who receives reports are decided when it is written.
