What a person cannot do today
Bring a collaborator into their organization. Membership exists in the model, but there is no way for a member to invite someone, no invitation to accept, and no role to assign once they are in.
What they should be able to do
Invite a person by email to their organization with a role, have the invitee accept it on sign-in, and manage who is in and what they may do from the organization's page.
Why it matters
An organization with one member is a personal account; team use of a site, which the model was designed for, is impossible without invitations.
Where
The identity model (invitations, memberships, roles within a workspace), the sign-in flow, the member's organization page.
Done when
An invitation can be sent, accepted and revoked, a role can be assigned and changed, and the organization page shows its members.
