What a person cannot do today

Recover a site from a backup without asking an operator. Backups are taken by the deployment's own tooling, and a member who has broken or lost content has no way to see what backups exist or to restore one.

What they should be able to do

See the backups that exist for each of their sites, with dates, and restore one to a point in time, with the result confirmed on the page.

Why it matters

Restore is the one operation members ask operators for most, and the one that is most urgent when asked.

Done when

A member's site page lists the available restore points, a restore runs as a tracked operation with its outcome shown, and the operator can see who restored what.
