# Status

Current state of member console development at a glance.

## Where we are

Pre-production. The codebase has a working Go/HTMX app with auth, FedWiki site management (create/delete with entitlement-gated quotas), an operator admin panel with grant management, and Temporal workflow integration for site syncing. The database spans 5 modules: identity, organization, billing, entitlements, and fedwiki. Milestones 1–3 are complete.

## Current focus

**Milestone 4: Stripe Integration.** Phased approach — schema & plumbing (Phase 0), then customer mapping (1a), product catalog sync (1b), subscription via Stripe Checkout (1c), invoice & payment projection (1d). Each phase is one OpenSpec change. See [milestones.md](milestones.md) for full breakdown.

## Known issues

- **Temporal auth race on first boot.** After fresh `docker compose up -d`, first start fails. Second attempt works. See [issues.md](issues.md).
