In this PR:

Update peach-go-sbot to be called go-sbot (this is what peach-web expects now, and imo is a simpler and more fitting name)
Update go-sbot.service to run as peach user (so peach-web and go-sbot both run as the peach user)
Keep go-sbot as a systemd system service
