I initially thought we could make the dev process for the website easier by doing website dev on the server, but such is not the case. I still added rtm-astro-recipe as a submodule, so that you don't have to clone it in manually when setting up this repo for new contributors.

I'll update the https://git.coopcloud.tech/RTM/rtm-website README.md next, simplifying the "to release a new version" instructions (right now they duplicate all the "set up wireguard and ask someone for a user account) instructions that are documented in a more up-to-date way elsewhere. I'd like to simplify them, so that I can close out https://nextcloud.resisttechmonopolies.online/apps/deck/board/33/card/244 in a satisfying way)
