• Secret key generation length can be set for abra with the comment convention
• the mailer API key needs write:heartbeat permissions
• the cli API key needs all write permissions? (I am not sure)
• you need to deploy the app and then log in and generate the mailer/cli keys by hand and then load them in again (presumably I added dummy values the first time around)
• Nothing is optional (see https://git.autonomic.zone/coop-cloud/alerta/issues/2) so this setup only works for Autonomic
