From what I can gather, Alerta doesn't seem to be able to gracefully handle swarm restarts. For example, when we do Docker upgrades and the daemon gets restarted. This is hopefully just a config thing. An abra app alerta.autonomic.zone undeploy and then abra app alerta.autonomic.zone deploy brings it all back.

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
