Deploy a single container on the swarm. Because docker swarm refuses to allow
end-users to substitute the image name with env vars dynamically at run-time,
this configuration uses an absolutely shambolic hack of envsubst'ing the
compose.yml file with the incoming env vars from abra during the
deployment.
