Since toolshed/organising#666, the repo auto-recipes-catalogue-json has moved to toolshed, so I fixed the .drone.yml reference
Added a blank abra.sh file with instructions
The labels SSLForceHost and SSLHost have been deprecated in traefik
Added an example of enabling backups
