fix backup + restore ordering

  • need to decompress in restore.post-hook (not pre-hook, as otherwise the file isn't restored yet)
  • it seems backupbot (maybe in more recent version) wants the path to be inside the volume not outside of it (was in /tmp)
  • got rid of .restore: "true" which i think is not needed
