I think this will either involve adding a .well-known/matrix/server file, or advising people to set up a SRV record.

Used https://git.autonomic.zone/autonomic-cooperative/well-known-uris for Autonomic matrix setup, guess you can copy that, it's pretty simple! Being served from https://autonomic.zone/.well-known/matrix/server.
