Describe the problem to be solved

Service names for an app are not auto-completed when you tab out on them.

Describe the solution you would like

app run foo <tab...> bash where <tab...> auto-completes the services of the app (e.g. app, web, etc.).

(there may be other commands that we could fix this for, would be nice to)
