Describe the current behavior

❯ ./abra server add default --local
INFO[0000] /home/aadil/.abra/servers/default already exists
FATA[0000] default context cannot be created nor updated

Steps to reproduce

❯ ./abra server add default --local

Describe the expected behavior

Either an error message indicating to drop default, or just ignoring the provided name

Any idea how this might be fixed?

As above

Additional information

abra version dev-71225d2
