auto-recipes-catalogue-json uses abra dev latest but could pin to tag? #425

Seems like an idea to pin to a tag? E.g. 0.7.0-beta and then configure the drone-abra repository to be a downstream build for tag pushes on the abra repository? Then abra CI would only build image on tag pushes? See https://git.coopcloud.tech/coop-cloud/auto-recipes-catalogue-json/src/branch/main/.drone.yml#L6 for more.
