especially when reducing the standard NUM_WORKERS via env, we want to monitor the health and performance of the instance more thoroughly.

interesting metrics might be:

pretix_view_durations_seconds: busy gunicorn workers (sum(rate(…_sum[5m])) vs. NUM_WORKERS)
pretix_task_duration_seconds: which background tasks are heavy (by (task_name))
