we have this (breaking) change:

Starting with v3.6.16, the Docker provider requires Docker API version v1.40 or above (Docker Engine v19.03). Users running older (end of life) versions of Docker Engine should update their Docker Engine or use the DOCKER_API_VERSION environment variable to override the API version used by Traefik.

Does this warant a breaking change?

Also this should also be in the release notes:

Sorry, I'm barely keeping up with the reviews for PRs coming in. If someone from @coop-cloud/traefik-maintainers has time to cut a new release, that would be great! I am not sure about the Docker API version bump, perhaps it is safer to do a major bump?
