Add new styles to login #1

Adds styles from Figma designs
Fonts were uploaded and stored in resources/fonts
Logo was added as an inline svg. I also stored it in resources/assets in case we needed to remove it from being inline.

Due to time constraints, I did not go as far as to add variables for all the colors. I usually store the colors in variables to make updating the style sheet easier later on. Maybe we can consider this if we have more time to do it down the line.
