make docker service --help text for --endpoint-mode more consistent

Previously:

```
      --constraint value             Placement constraints (default [])
      --endpoint-mode string         Endpoint mode(Valid values: vip, dnsrr)

      --restart-condition string     Restart when condition is met (none, on_failure, or any)
```

Now:
