- Update ps with `--last` flag
- Update commands with current output
- Make sure hugo does not detect the wrong language
- Update usage for `tag` command to be more coherent with the other ones

Usage:  docker node promote NODE [NODE...]

Promote a node to a manager in the swarm

Options:
      --help   Print usage

Promotes a node that is pending a promotion to manager. This command targets a docker engine that is a manager in the swarm cluster.

$ docker node promote <node name>

node accept
node demote
