Ahmet Alp Balkan 1269363ae7 integ-cli: Fix TestBuildAddBadLinks for windows ...

TestBuildAddBadLinks used to build a path by
concenating unix-style forward slashes. Fixed that
by providing a windows-equivalent using `runtime.GOOS`.
