In the docker config.json, if `psFormat` or `imagesFormat` is set to a non-standard format, it breaks autocompletion. This fixes the issue by using a custom format. Signed-off-by: Chris Gibson <chris@chrisg.io>
The non-reference docs have been moved!
The documentation for Docker Engine has been merged into the general documentation repo.

use the vnext-engine branch:

The reference docs have been left in docker/docker (this repo), which remains the place to edit them.
