Vincent Demeester 177af81c48 Updates on cli reference documentation

- Update ps with `--last` flag
- Update commands with current output
- Make sure hugo does not detect the wrong language
- Update usage for `tag` command to be more coherent with the other ones

Usage:  docker rename OLD_NAME NEW_NAME

Rename a container

Options:
      --help   Print usage

The docker rename command allows the container to be renamed to a different name.
