abra recipe fetch has kind of weird behaviour (silently re-fetching?) which is now stabilised I hope:

  • Use --force to re-fetch (re-fetch will git sync if existing, not erase changes)
  • Support --ssh for enabling ssh://... remotes
  • Ensure that fetching "remote recipes" works
