Added the cloud-init.yaml file that I've been using for installing Abra on plain Debian machines on Hetzner. This automates the instructions in https://docs.coopcloud.tech/operators/tutorial/#server-setup

If we like the idea of having this example here, I could link it from those docs. Let me know if there's a better location for this :)

Amazing, tysm! I really wanted this since a while, great to have it! 👯 Merge away if you're happy with it. Maybe we could point to it in the docs somewhere? So if people just search "cloud-init" they'll get a hit. If you have time, ofc.
