## Description
### Context
Last week, there was a push to quickly update the website at [coopcloud.tech](https://coopcloud.tech). A lot of information on the front page was out of date, and there were long-standing concerns that people who looked at the website couldn't find relevant information. There is a grant proposal deadline coming up at NLnet on Nov 3rd, where we will be applying for further toolshed development; it was important to correct the front page before then.
### Work Performed
*amras* performed 9 hours of work to
- restructure the frontpage
- write copy for the frontpage and several landing pages describing the community, toolshed, and hosting providers
- fix the layout of the page, which previously did not render well on mobile devices
*d1* also worked on editing and writing for the new copy, but they have waived compensation for this work.
The new structure was motivated by ideas from [R035](https://docs.coopcloud.tech/federation/resolutions/passed/035/) and discussions within the coop cloud matrix space. However, this work is **not** directly related to R035. The work did not modify the [new-website](https://git.coopcloud.tech/toolshed/new-website-jekyll-theme/) being developed by Sutty, only [the previously existing website](https://git.coopcloud.tech/toolshed/coopcloud.tech/).
### Reason for Backpay
Since the website changes needed to be pushed ahead of the nov 3rd deadline, we did not have time to propose/vote on the budget ahead of time.
## Budget
**Budget amount**: 180€ from the Federation's budget
**When will the money be spent**: Immediately
**Who will claim**: Amras Ciaszczyk
**What is the money for**: 9 hours of backpay for website development
