I realized there only seems to be routes to the Open Collective account in relation to joining Federation and getting paid as a contributor, but not as a general donation for infrastructure or support.

Given my newness to the project, and not officially part of the Federation, I thought better to open a branch than to push this to main

There are also Open Collective Widgets that could be embedded, but i'm not inclined to that due to third-party data, load performance...
