I noticed that the maintainer's guide has a lot of responsibilities listed, but no mention of where to get support. For an outsider who doesn't know the community, it might look like a very lonely road to travel!

Add a chapter to "How to Become a Recipe Maintainer",
so that new maintainers know where to turn for help.
Goal: lower the barrier to becoming a maintainer
for people not (yet) integrated into the community.
