I noticed that apps like Nextcloud and rauthy couldn't detect the real client ip correctly when the client has an IPv6 address.
This PR adds a description of the problem to the operators handbook, instructions for enabling IPv6 on the docker_gebridge network and link to it from the New operators Tutorial because you need to solve this before initializing docker swarm.
