Since there's been interest in multi-node setups among federation members, I've written up a proposal to get a few people working on the topic.

Putting this in drafts because I'll be facilitating (leading?) a conversation on the topic during this week's Kite Flying, and would like to incorporate conclusions from that meeting into this proposal.

In the meantime, feel free to comment on the proposal as written; it's my first time writing one so I probably made some mistakes ❤️
