LGTM, merge away! For these things, you really can merge it yourself ☺️

Two reflections, no obligation to follow these up!

It would be good if all the handles pointed out their full matrix handle (e.g. @wtebbens) if in the future there is less direct contact and we have to reach out across servers.

In general, I think it would be good if there was only one contact person or at least, a single contact location (a shared inbox, a shared general chat?) because having to ping this amount of people is impractical for fedi decisions or other things.

Big agree on both fronts!

On number of contacts per org: I'm just about to reach out to each org/member individually. Out of that process I hope to identy who the specific voting delegate is for each org and then I'll update the list with just that contact.

On merging myself: I don't have the perms! Can you merge? Or grant it to me?
