What the title says.

Additionally, I think maybe changing the name of this command might be helpful? Maybe as a subcommand like abra meta upgrade or abra version upgrade might make more sense.

Typing upgrade feels a little to much like apt/dnf upgrade. I've run abra upgrade twice today when running abra upgrade help thinking I would get more information about upgrading a server or service.
