Is useful info to show to build understanding of when last patch was added to recipe.

It also becomes vital when version number scheme changes.

@kawaiipunk to confirm, you're thinking of something alongside "CURRENT VERSION"? Or perhaps inside that section?

Implementation note: I think the handiest way to approach this would be to collect tag time/dates when we're generating the catalogue. Then we have it close at hand via the RecipeMeta when we want to show this overview.
