following coop-cloud/backup-bot-two#16 and coop-cloud/organising#485 the backupbot.backup.path variable will be obsolete and should be removed. pre and post command labels should be adapted that e.g. db dumps are saved in volumes instead, so backupbot picks them up.

This is happening in an ad-hoc manner now as maintainers migrate.
